DEC 01, 2016Well organized and professionally handled. Tabulators were township clerks and poll workers. Jon Dolson, the county clerk, has done recounts before so was very organized and efficient. I observed and asked questions and everyone was friendly and helpful. There were never any attempts to impede my observations.
