DEC 01, 2016When I arrived, the electronic machines had already been checked, observers from other parties report seals were intact. Paper ballots were hand counted. All counts finished while I was present matched original count totals.Count halted for the day at 4:30, over half the county finished. Attached are photos of the canvasser and observer sign-in sheets.
