Colleen
I observed the opening of the recount in Portage County Wisconsin from 9am-3pm today. Basically, it went well with one additional vote for Clinton found in the recount of the first municipality. My day’s journal is attached. (7 scanned notebook pages).
The process was a hand count. Observers had to remain behind a table except for one representing Jill Stein. See Portage-Photo1 attached – I noted it on Page 1, but called it PIC1.
Dan Stoltz served as Jill’s rep. He and I were the only Stein observers present today.
Looking forward to being there again tomorrow.
