I have been observing in oconto County since Thursday. The County clerk has been very meticulous about following the checklist procedure. She has included observers throughout, explaining what is going on, checking for any objections, etc. Tabulators always try to error on the side of the voter. Most discrepancies have been easily resolved. Only 2 municipalities had been completely recounted by the time a left this afternoon.
