Everyone (from people working for the SOS, the people who recounted the votes to the Trump observer), has been very polite and professional. It is really an interesting experience that comes once in a lifetime (last recount in MI was 1950?). I encourage people to come and experience it first hand.
Votes declared “invalid” and put into “other” pile were mainly because the voter did not connect the arrows. Unfortunately, nearly all these invalid votes are for Hilary. There is not doubt about the voters intent. There should be a short education video to show voters how to draw arrows on the ballot when voting in Ingham County.
